How to do your KYC

KYC (Know Your Customer) confirms who you are. You need it before you can fund or withdraw.

Steps

  1. 1In your account dashboard, open the verification section.
  2. 2Upload a clear photo of a valid ID: international passport, driver's licence or national ID card.
  3. 3Upload a proof of address dated within the last 3 months, such as a utility bill or bank statement.
  4. 4Submit and wait for approval.

Make sure all four corners of the document are visible and the text is readable. Blurry photos are the most common reason for rejection.
