How do I open an account?+
Click any Register button on this site. It takes you to the official program sign-up page, linked to your team contact.

Do I need trading experience?+
No. Your team contact will guide you through setup, and the guides on this site cover each step.
How much do I need to start?+
The minimum deposit is set by the program and can change. Check the Deposit section of your account dashboard.
Only deposit money you can afford to lose. Trading involves risk.
Account & verification
What documents are required for KYC?+
A valid photo ID (international passport, driver's licence or national ID card) and a proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill or bank statement).
Why was my verification rejected?+
The most common reasons are blurry photos, cropped documents, an expired ID, or a proof of address older than 3 months.
Upload clear new copies with all four corners visible and try again.
How do I change my password?+
Log in to your program account, open Profile or Security settings, and choose Change password.
Deposits & withdrawals
Which deposit methods are supported?+
Most programs accept card, bank transfer and crypto. The options available in your country are shown in the Deposit section.
How long does a deposit take?+
Card deposits are usually instant. Bank transfers and crypto can take from a few minutes to a few business days.
How long does a withdrawal take?+
Withdrawals are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the method.
Trading platform (MT5)
Where do I find my MT5 login details?+
Your MT5 account number, password and server name are shown in your program account dashboard.
Can I use MT5 on my phone?+
Yes. Download MetaTrader 5 from the App Store or Google Play and log in with your MT5 details. See the "Install MT5" guide.
